Kenya's renowned prophet Owuor claims that he already know who will win the next general elections in 2017 and God has already decided.
The prophet revealed in 2013 that Raila could win the election but wont become the president because the Uhuru/Ruto team will rig the votes and indeed it came to pass.
While on a media interview prophet revealed that the Raila's team will carry the day but will only lead the country if allowed to.
Prophet Owuor also accused Uhuru of turning away from God and refusing to cleanse the country from corruption, tribalism and devil worship.
If Owuor's prophecy will come true then Raila will become the next president but only if Uhuru/Ruto will not rig the votes.
