Wakili wa serikali Keneth Sekwao aliambia mahakama Alhamisi kuwa mshtakiwa, akiwa katika baa hiyo, alitishia kumuua Dkt Magufuli kwa maneno kwa njia ya kujitoa mhanga.
“Kwa haya mambo anayoyafanya Rais Magufuli, mimi nimo tayari kujilipua kwa kujitoa mhanga ili kumuangamiza,” alinukuliwa na Wakili Sekwao.

Hakimu Mkazi, Hellen Liwa aliweka wazi dhamana ya mshtakiwa huyo na kumtaka kutafuta wadhamini wawili, kutoka taasisi ya Serikali inayotambulika, ambao watasaini hati ya dhamana ya Sh2 milioni.
Alishindwa kutimiza masharti ya dhamana na akawekwa rumande hadi 14 Aprili kesi ikatapotajwa tena.
