This is unheard of in Kenya. This Sierra-Leonean Minister of Local Government and Rural Development, Mrs Diane Konomany was pictured carrying Her Baby While Working In Office.
If it was a Kenyan minister, she would have carried her ten nannies to office and forced the ministry to provide an office for all of them!
