NTV presenter Sheila Gashumba today shocked Ugandans when she claimed she was the one who taught Eddy Kenzo the little English he knows and uses in his songs.
Sheila Gashumba who was praising Eddy Kenzo for where he has reached courtesy of his determination.
She says they first met on her 16th birthday when he was performing as a guest and Eddy Kenzo has always insisted she speaks to her only in English and that way he could learn.
She also claimed she gave him the English words he used in his song Jamboree.
We first met at my Sweet 16 Birthday Party as he had come as a performing guest, he used to tell me to always speak to him in English not Luganda so that he would learn the language, i remember one day he called me while he was in the studio to help him tell him words in English that he can use in ‘JAMBOLE’ at 1am!! Its four years now and he is a SuperStar too many and he speaks good english too!!Eddy is a humble man who is always willing to learn more than he already knows which is a good quality in a person
