Former Lugari MP, Cyrus Jirongo, sensationally claimed that Deputy President William Ruto is a killer who has a lot of blood in his hands.Speaking during the burial of slain businessman, Jacob Juma, Jirongo said that William Ruto was once at the centre of a murder sometime in early 2000s and since then, he must have developed an appetite for human blood.
Jirongo said he saw Ruto kill a young man at a rally in Trans Nzoia and he went ahead to say that Ruto is the individual who killed Jacob Juma.
“Those who remember well, the violence that erupted at the rally know that whoever killed the attacker is the current Deputy President,” Jirongo said.
The former lawmaker likened Ruto and Jacob Juma’s relationship to that of the biblical Abel and Cain – Cain killed his brother out of jealous.
