It must have been a long time that you can hardly even remember the day. Well, today the public was again served to a buffet of optical diet when Makerere University Professor, Stella Nyanzi undressed in protest of the closure of her office.


Nyanzi’s office was closed Thursday by her boss, Prof Mahmood Mamdani, relocating her to a seat in the library after she refused to teach on his PhD programme.



But the outspoken government critic and social media heavy weight insisted teaching wasn’t part of her job description when she joined Uganda’s top University.


She has been on riot on social media since the closure; furninshing her followers with all updates about the status of her office.

She stripped before the office of her boss and recorded a video which she shared with some of her followers. Her office was re-opened within minutes after the stripping! Currently her social media followers, who are over 60k are in celebrations over the reopening of the office.
